Refund policy

Thank you for your order.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to us within 14 days.

Please return your goods in a sellable condition with a copy of your order confirmation to SMC Wholesale, 1 Budlake Units, Budlake Road, Marsh Barton, Exeter, EX2 8PY with the goods.

We will process your refund, excluding delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the goods back, via your original payment method.

You will need to cover the cost of returning goods to us and we may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop.
